#1 Find a new paperback to read
#2 Seek out an unfamiliar person and say “hey what’s up”
#3 Buy a new pair of running shoes.
#4 Change the TV channel from news to a cartoon- watch for at least 15 minutes. Better yet see #1
#5 your underwear
