“With all the bad that everyone sees in the news and everywhere else, we wanted to spread good vibes.” Bert Jacobs
Murphy’s Bylaw:
Life can be complicated, but it doesn’t have to be difficult. “Life is Good” founder and Chief Executive Optimist (how chill is that title!) Bert Jacobs, quoted above, has it right. It’s hard to find good news these days with all the doom and gloom headlines in every category, including sports (Red Sox lose to Rays!) Good vibe spreading is easy and free and you don’t necessarily have to sport a cool tee to do it. Here are a few Bylaws on good vibration spreading that’ll be contagious:
#1 Smile at a stranger.
#2 Feed an expired parking meter.
#3 Pay the toll for the car behind you.
#4 Ask a friend or co-worker how they are. Then listen.
#5 Give up the aisle / window seat to a fellow mid-seat passenger. (Ok, I know it’s a crazy stretch-- this one’s for short regional hops only)
